Breaking News Armed Police at Home Office

Just heard that armed police have closed off the Home Office due to a stabbing or slashing of someone with a knife.

Sorry that's all I have at the mo.

The Home Office building has been cordoned off by armed police amid reports of a stabbing.

The Independent understands that a victim is thought to have been stabbed or slashed near the government department's headquarters in Marsham Street, Westminster.

The building was cordoned off by armed police on Thursday afternoon, as staff remained inside.

The Metropolitan Police could not immediately confirm details of the incident.

Not terror-related apparently. One person injured.
Probably some crackhead stabbing at random. Luckily he's been stopped early.
