Good morning Thursday !
Good Morning everyone.Dark and gloomy here just now - and due for more rain later.
Off to Sainsbury's when they open at 7:00am - they have some really attractive tins of biscuits which I thought would make good Christmas gifts for a couple of my neighbours. Then to Hobbycraft to buy some crafty stuff for a friend - and that's my Christmas gift shopping finally all done - apart from a few stocking fillers!
Just the food and booze to think about nearer the day!

Good morning from ‘out in the rural sticks’ to you all.
Still dark out and it’s raining! A drier end to the day is expected but turning cold later. Maximum temperature 10ºC. Tonight though the temperature is forecast to be 0ºC!
Today I have to get two new front tyres fitted on the car, ready for winter. Yesterday, fortunately, I did not get soaked as expected going into the town, that was a relief!

Up early for a change , or it is early for me. Looking out the window there is no wind or rain so may be able to clean out the roof gutters properly. yesterday you could see the leaves in it from the ground, so had a quick go with the Skyvac but must have missed a lot as well.Why i keep on about this is because if the gutters can't take the water away, water will overspill and eventually rot the wood facia boards. The garden back and front are a right mess as well, that annoys me let alone not seeing the grass.
