Excellent idea I read somewhere, ages ago, the nuke codes were set at 000000 because Jimmy Carter (or was it Bill Clinton?) would never be able to remember them otherwise

Then again things that go bang are so very much yesterday, it's things that infect that we all are in danger from especially if the labs that make them also make the vaccine.
Forget nukes as a weapon of real mass destruction . A nuke will make a bit of untidiness over a small area and a relatively small number of deaths. More use today would be effects from the electromagnetic field produced by detonating a device at an altitude of say 250 miles. It would create merry hell with power systems, unprotected electronics stuff, the internet and everything that relies on it unless protected and those of us on the ground wouldn't even hear a pop let alone a noticeable bang
