They will accuse the government of not delivering its Marxist promises and rolling out communism fast enough. I doubt very much Biden will be able to get anything done, firstly there aren't the numbers to do anything in the senate and secondly he made doing nothing a career for 47 years, so I doubt he will change the habit of a lifetime.
