However, I have seen her on American TV over the last few weeks and she comes across as a smart intelligent woman. She will be a great asset to the Donald I believe.

To be fair Trump has always said he is a negotiator, a deal maker, and that his election plans were the opening gambit.John Howard got away with 'core' and 'non core' promises when he was elected by saying things were worse than he expected. No doubt Trump will have the same excuse available to him. He hasn't broken any promises yet - he doesn't become President until the mid/end of January.
