I can see one as a thumbnail, not 2 or 3 & 4 as a large pic.

A bloated/full browser cache can sometimes cause troubles with viewing images. Emptying it might be worth a try.

No idea what that is Mart, why would it affect both phone and laptop (new laptop)?
How do I empty it?

Hmm ..I suppose if it's affecting all devices, it won't be that. It's just that having come across occasions in the past where emptying the cache has worked, it becomes a first step for me before thinking further.

How do I empty it anyway?
I'm going to fire up my old Windows 7 laptop and see if it does anything different.
