I will not be going sailing up the Volga with any Russians singing ' Yo Ho Heave O' after watching the brutality inn McMafia.

What surprises me is; even in real life these Assassins are usually very nice and gentle to their own families, yet can viciously beat a man to a pulp or murder them.
Also they often get away with murder,as many are protected
by Governments who are in cahoots with them as well.

I am not usually such a scaredy cat but the violence in this series is very realistic.
I watched this week’s episode with my daughter tonight and went out whilst they were beating up/torturing the policeman.
She called me when it was safe to come out!

I gave up on it. I'm usually playing online backgammon or scrabble at the same time as watching TV so it has to be easy to follow. All the jumping around in time got me confused.

I love this series....there's some great tv around at the moment and McMafia is right up there with the best.
