Portrait Artist Of The Year On Sky Arts
I thought there was already a thread about this series but l can’t find it!I love it! Three celebrities sit, whilst three professional and three non professional artists, paint the portrait of one of the three celebrities, in so many hours.
The programme is hosted by Joan Bakewell and Frank Skinner and judged by three award winning artists or art experts.
Have you seen it? What do you think of it?
I record it on a Thursday evening at 11pm

The Celebrities keep very still and there are some brilliant artist who paint portraits.
I don't always agree with the Judges choice of the finalists though.
It must be very nerve racking for all participants.

Honestly, their self portraits are absolutely marvellous!
