Re: Bit worried about Molliepops

Just back from the vet, She had blood tests and vet said for her age he was very pleased at the results, nothing stood out as the problem however so she has anti acids, anti biotics and probiotics and will go back in 2 weeks time unless she loses more weight or carries on being sick then it's back sooner.

He hasn't ruled out cancers etc but with her age we talked about what we would do if it was bad ...

That sounds more hopeful Julie, you can only keep an eye on her as you've done all you can at the moment. Hope she picks up soon.

I hope your dog continues to do well. Itīs always a blessing I think when you have a good vet. We are very lucky our vet here is really caring and goes to endless trouble to get things right for the dogs. I wish your dog well.

That sounds a bit more optimistic, Julie. Hope she picks up a bit and you can put some of that worry to one side.

Re: Bit worried about Molliepops

Well she seems to be looking better has stopped being sick and is asking for food, very tired though so we are letting her sleep as much as she wants. 7 small meals a day just a couple of spoons at a time but she is eating it from her bowl again so that's positive.

Betty is looking after her keeps cuddling up to her and licking her face so gently so we have to get her through this or Betty will be devastated !
