Pussycat toys

What toys do your cats like ? and what games do you play with them ?

Two pussycat share the house and garden with me and I've just bought them a wand thingie ... like a fishing rod with dangly feathers on the end of elastic

They love 'killing' it

Ping pong balls are also a favourite and, of course, catnip toys, large paper bags they can get in and ... cardboard boxes are a must.


I'll try to get some pics of them playing soon ... got any of yours to share with us ?

Mine love chasing laser lights and hiding in empty boxes.

Last year I bought Coco a big new toy which came out in the shops, its like a big yellow umbrella with a mouse's tail hanging out, and spins round in circles, then changes different directions, Coco still go mad for it now, she love's it.

The other thing she loves jumping in empty boxes, or if anyone comes round with a shopping bag, she is in there laying down.

I also have a plastic ruler, that I stick out under the rug and she pounces on it. Otherwise she loves chase me up the stairs.

Mine quite like it if I cover one of them with pages from the local paper ! lol

They wait for the other cat to approach and POUNCE !

Playing in her tunnel ..... I would definitely recommend one of these





Loves playing with the baubles on a Christmas Tree



She also likes chasing the laser light.

For cheap fun, you can't beat a rolled up ball of paper or silver paper though, that would keep Cassie occupied for quite a while!
