I was using contactless card when buying petrol, it was a bit tricky at first but I persevered, now they do not even bother with contactless and automatically push the card into the machine .... if only I could remember PIN numbers!!!!!
Wife has just had one , not that it bothers us much unless we go to the U k.
I was just wondering, as I think you hold them by the terminal, No Pin??? whats to stop somebody using yours if they have stolen it , if they only have to hold it by the terminal ???

Exactly the same thing that stopped them using them when they only had a signature. You reporting it as lost or stolen!

Exactly, I didn't raise the matter of PINs you did.
I'll type it really slowly for you, the security on contactless cards is no different from the time you had to sign for your card purchases (before the advent of PINs). It relies on you reporting the card missing.
