Talking Dirty, as it happens I have found the source of the Poo, and am glad I was not the instigator, I have copied and pasted to protect the identity of the original poster, but their inimitable style may identify them.

Wow - yes have we really learned from our lessons in the pew or thrown it all away poo poo poo poo - beware he who ridicules the word!

Re: Leisurely Scribbles (part 5)

Paddy rings Murphy and asks;

'What's the quickest way to get to Dublin?'

'Are you on foot or in the car?' asks Murphy

'In the car' says Paddy

'That's the quickest way' says Murphy.

So it may be worth asking if you could have some...they'll be happy to help once you explain why.
Obtaining horse-hair to make a mane and tail isn't the problem. I want to use the original mane and find something to match it as closely as possible for the tail.

Imagine a small rug sampler, fluffy on one side and rows of stitching on the canvas backing. A bit like a fluffy bath or toilet mat. That's what the mane looks like. I think something similar but stitched into a tube shape would do for the tail, or the fake fur collar from a jacket, or possibly even a bit like a the fur rim of a parka of scooter riders fame.

Getting a person to team up with me as the back end of a PANTO HORSE. I used to do it for charity events but these days its hopeless recruiting.
Perhaps you should refrain from eating broccoli or baked beans before your performance in future.
