The way things are going Meg, I think we will be bringing our own cups, just like bags.

Not cups - you can't get much in a cup but mugs and first thing in the morning I add a tot of Brandy to my mug of black coffee.

Re: Life is like coffee

Hi

I love my coffee

I am not a tea drinker, cannot stand the stuff.

Porcelain is the way to go, much better tasting it from that.

Coffee is my one extravagance now, much cheaper and more reliable than tall, slim blondes.

What if some of his guests didn't like coffee? did he make some tea as well?

Alumnus (in Latin a masculine noun) refers to a male graduate or former student; the plural is alumni. An alumna (in Latin a feminine noun) refers to a female graduate or former student; the plural is alumnae.

So all male students then, looks as if he was gay
When I learned Latin - a very long time ago - there wasn't a plural word which meant chaps and chapesses.

Cracking thread Blue.
But I love my Tea Swim and I have a pot of it just for me at most mealtimes.
Right now as I tap this though it just has to be Coffee in the morning.
I drink out of lovely clear double walled glass cups purchased from Amazon.

I would NEVER drink coffee or tea or beer from anything plastic.
Plastic?
Yuck!

Great first post Blueberry !
I always drink my coffee out of a bone china mug with sunflowers on it that my Dad bought me .
He would have been 93 this month and I miss him.
