Many of the people living on the streets should have been in institutions or community mental health care but have ended up on the street. it is largely a matter of funding.
I don't think Covid has made much difference especially with the moratorium on evictions

Some people are unable to make rational decisions due to mental issues!
Your answer to this is to get them sectioned, well, unless they show
violence, the the police will not respond !
And the doctors all say not to section them as it can cause further
complications ??
So what to do??
No answers from NHS or various help web sites either !!
