Think Cherie Blair and her mates.

Other Countries do not have this problem.

Germany can evict them in six weeks, we take years.

Not quite that simple. Where could/would we evict them to without their cooperation?

Hi

Difficult now we are no longer in the EU.

When we where, we could send them back to the last EU Country they came from.

No longer possible after leaving.

Not the end of the World.

To claim Asylum they have to state which Country they came from and why they had to leave.

A bit of a No Brainer.

Nothing to do with having escaped from the EU (and you should know it). It's very much easier except for one thing - we STILL can't kick the effers out because no one would accept them.

We have changes that must be forced through parliament first and even then there must be somewhere willing to take them. No doubt at a cost to us. That or shoot the SOB's on the beach, something I would not object to in the least.

Oh, I certainly agree about the HR lawyers.
I'm almost certain that those money grabbing people do it for the profits, which begs a question.
Assuming that we, for some reason, pay the legal fees for people here illegally(!), do we pay a lot? If it is a minimal amount, the greedy lawyers surely wouldn't be queueing up to take the cases.

Another question: to where do the Germans evict them?

I thought it was the other way around. Before we left we were effectively in the same country so couldn't make them leave. If I'm wrong, why didn't we send them back to France then?

France refuse to accept them which is within the rights of the French.

The short answer is that the German government don't. At least not without the cooperation of the illegal.

Are we allowed to refuse to accept them?
Do we have any rights?

But SF said that Germany can evict them within six weeks.

Does that mean that they somehow automatically obtain cooperation from the illegals?

Once they enter our waters we are still obliged to accept an application for asylum but now we can with certain limitations return them to French waters subject to SOLAS constraints. If the application is rejected we can not kick them out without their cooperation and the cooperation of the country that they nominate.
