SF is wrong. Only with the full cooperation of the locust and the nominated destination will Germany get rid of them.

Good.

Going by your first point, if they cannot say where they are from and, therefore, cannot offer any proof of their escaping from danger, they will be unlikely to prove a need for asylum with or without all the HR lawyers in the world.

In that case, we can then return them to a point mid-way across the Channel, which is where we know they came from and, like the Australians do, keep pushing them back towards France.

Then you contradict yourself and say that without their cooperation in admitting where their home country is, we can't kick them out at all.

Which is it?

I suppose if the worst comes to the worst, we can keep them contained in a similar sort of tented and fenced camp like the Frogs do near Calais. If we site such camps in a convenient location, they could find it quite easy to set off back to France - especially if we accidentally leave some rubber dinghies lying about.

Let's play the Frogs at their own game.

Without their cooperation in admitting where their home country is, we can't kick them out at all. Even then their home country must provide transit documentation for them to re-enter their "home" country.

So we're stuck with them then.

It is predicted that another 10,000 will arrive this year; another 10,000 which, according to you, we cannot get rid of.

And another 10,000 the next year, and the next, and so on.

It seems that there is no hope. No hope at all. The country will be overrun by an increasing number of non-productive and no doubt criminal immigrants which we are obliged to accept and look after.

What a future for our children to look forward to...
unless they emigrate, of course.
I have said before that if I were younger, that's what I'd do anyway.

Amazing how democracy is so fragile that it can be threatened by young girls like Shamina Begum and Zehra Duman.

If the law allows anybody to enter & live in a new country, without permission, then I would expect major changes to our laws.
Why bother having the term "illegal immigrants" if we have no ability to reject them?
As I have said before, they are not our responsibility so if they cannot prove their nationality, we should stop them coming on to UK land.

That's almost funny. It's not democracy that is fragile, it is civilisation and those and their like are the cutting edge of what is destroying it bit by bit.

Stop them coming ashore or even into our territorial waters? Of course we should.

But the problem is how in view of international laws.

It's what they represent that is the danger to "democracy".

We all know Groucho's old joke about not wanting to join any club that would accept him as a member.

Shamima and her mates not only didn't want to join the club (and indeed tried to set up a different one), but also wanted to kill its members and burn the clubhouse down. It's a bit rich to say that they want to now use the membership rules so that they can come and sit on the naughty step and be given free hospitality.

Funny, isn't it, how 'international laws' mean that we must accept the admission of illegal immigrants, yet would not support me trying to enter the US without a passport, visa or any other agreement?

Funny things, these international laws. They all seem to protect everyone else except us Brits!
