I mean, that poor woman, can you imagine, if she felt the tears coming at his funeral the photographers would love it. There'd be close-ups of her crying in every paper possible.

If she manages to keep control of her emotions, the papers will say the Queen never shed a tear.

For Christ's sake stop stuyding the poor family, and give them some space and privacy.
I think it's disgusting hounding her at a time like this.
Well said Mups....

Wise words Mups! I think it is good that his family will be able to attend, without a huge state funeral, because it gives them a chance to say their goodbyes in a more private setting. That is what matters!

Maybe it will be held behind closed doors, and away from cameras.

That would be a good idea, I think the Duke would have approved of that.

Yes, exactly why they should conduct the service in private within Windsor Castle. No press.

I hope they do, JBR.
Why should she have to be on her guard and wear her public face on such a deeply personal day.

Indeed, if the funeral is televised expect strict rules and restrictions on the number of cameras and where they are positioned. Absolutely no images of the royal family during the service.

Not one. No reasonable human being would want their privacy invaded.
