Re: Act your Age

I sometimes wonder if I'm ever going to grow up, I can sometimes act and talk a bit immature but my friends and family seem to love me so I don't really care what others think. I'm not doing anyone any harm in fact I have the ability to make them chuckle so in my mind thats a good thing.

Re: Act your Age

I'm not sure what acting my age truly means. If I have the physical capacity to do something and I want to do it, I will do it. I don't care what others may think. After all, others don't put any food on my table.

Dressing your age is another matter. Nothing looks more silly than a senior citizen who dresses like a 20 year old.

Re: Act your Age

Most blokes over fifty I think wear jeans with trainers now, something that was not so common years ago.

Older gents with grey pony tails....thats a no no.

Men of a certain age dyeing their hair.

Mind quite a few women of an older age can wear stylish clothes and look classy.. chic.

I agree.
Mind you, I'm not keen on pony tails at any age.

I have had no training in being a sixty year old, so, you get what you get.

Re: Act your Age

Hi

I have no intention whatsoever of acting my age.

I am no longer constrained, no need to keep a job or pay off a mortgage.

No need to put a suit a suit on every day and kow tow to Politicians.

No deadlines to meet, my time is my own.

No need to follow the Official Line and lie in Public.

It is very liberating.
