Spotted a crane from my window.

I was very excited this morning to spot this majestic crane from my window. They seem to be very rare here.

Tiff, there were two here at my sons ,they were used in the high story flats ,up a track from him...I watched them working ,back in the summer, these ones ,had like a .closed in cab, could see them operating the crane from them....

A lot of power in that crane,Tiff.....they are quite interesting to watch ,aren’t they?

If you want to see something really scary, you should watch static cranes being put up.

Thanks people, I have no idea what it's doing. The building site is further to the right of that & up the hill more.

Omg, I thought I was going to see a Heron! It looks like something from a sci fi movie!
