Fair enough, but they do mean that you don't have to pay to watch the programs in which they are embedded. Plus, of course, if you record the shows, you can fast forward through them.

I don't have the recording facility, Dex...probably just as well actually - the arguments over who gets to watch what later on would be never ending!

FOREX is a market in which the game is to simultaneously buy and sell mostly currencies. You will see adverts for brokers who deal in that market. To be successful you need a good broker, a good knowledge of market flow, a good alarm clock to take advantage of overseas banking times, and a whole lot more. Forex is a good way to avoid tax and if you've got all your ducks in a row an opportunity to earn a great deal of money - or lose a great deal if there's a hiccup.

MY advice (fwiw) is that it's an investment sector to stay well clear of unless a person REALLY understands the water that they paddle in.

I'd recommend some useful devices, but that could be construed as advertising

If there is a remote control that can overrule Mr P's, then advertise away! I could stash it behind the cushion and inadvertently lean on it whenever I wanted to switch over...heh heh
