That isn't really the point, the majority of your trade is done with Europe whether it is the EU or other European countries. Why would you stay an hour behind them? This reduces the number of business hours you have in common with them.
If you want to increase trade and make yourself wealthier after Brexit then it makes sense to go onto Central European Time.

But in more temperate climes it makes little sense at all, Queensland, WA and the NT won't have a bar of it, they're worried that the extra hour of daylight might fade the curtains. We only do it to placate our six fingered cousins in Tassie.
