Its changeable here, one minute sunshine and then overcast .I had to take my car to the garage , the brakes are making funny sounds and a light is on . I got there and their computer wouldn't "talk" to my car so they've got to borrow one on Monday ??How did we manage without computers ?

I can remember the days when the man of the house would get his head under the bonnet and sort it! (Long gone)Had a bloke arrive on the doorstep to try and sell me a boiler - just as DIL and sons were departing and I needed to talk to them! - so told him to come back tomorrow - apparently this is a scheme sponsored by Powys CC and a fair bit of funding is available. As my boiler must be 18 or more years old, I think I'll look into this.

Dreary start but sun is trying to come out now .No plans but enjoying reading . Someone has put a load of books on our foyer shelf so I've taken quite a few .Its quiet nice to read books by authors I've never read before
