I disagree with the second emboldened phrase. We should be able to offer criticism of anyone of any race, creed of colour if that is justifiable.
If a 'person of colour', whatever the colour, murdered someone we should be completely within our rights to criticise them.
In fact, if the opposite were the case, THAT would be racist and unfair.
The police, newspapers and television news should be free to describe a perpetrator of any crime in any pertinent way, including the colour of their skin.

the thread has gone off topic and become about race. Back on topicRIP that policeman, It should be the shooter that died not the policeman, poor bloke doing a job and gets killed in the line of duty, I feel so sorry for his poor family, somebody's husband, somebody's father, somebody's son.
