VAT Exemptions.

Hi

I wasn't aware of this until today.

If you have a long term severe medical condition, you are exempt from VAT from any products or services you require for that condition.

The list is quite complicated, so I checked with HMRC.

They are normally a pain to deal with, but the lady was very helpful, gave her my NHS Number and Bingo.

All done and sorted.

I also get Hospital Transport now, which is another great thing.

I have a Key Safe fitted and tomorrow my personal alarm arrives, VAT Free.

Yes, I remember my Mum didn'thave to pay VAT on health care good either.
