I'm finding this discussion somewhat confusing .....
AFAIK, there is no Microsoft product, paid-for or not, that will stop all ads
I have read that Microsoft Games charge for ad-disabling but I rarely play games of any sort.
There are free mechanisms within Windows 10 which may be used to inhibit most Microsoft ads:

However, site-specific ads can only be stopped by either paying a site-subscription or using a third-party ad-blocker.
