Apartment block collapse in Miami

So far around a 100 people are unaccounted for after a huge apartment building collapsed in Miami Florida.

Bad news... I understood there was just one fatality but it looks like there could be more. The buildings were supposed to be earthquake proof but something was drastically wrong. I wonder if it was a 'Sinkhole' apparently they get a lot in Florida.

Sky News reported, this morning, that the apartment block had been built on poorly reclaimed land and had been sinking for a number of years.

159 missing now. It happened during the night so people would have been asleep. So sad to see the cots and little bunkbeds.
