I'm sure that you all know that A "Toe Rag" is a dance.

Invented by students, it was a Rag (dance) where you don't put your left leg in, your whole self in, and shake it all about.
You simply enter your "Toe" whilst sitting at the table, listening to the music, and drinking your Vodka Shots.

6/10, but I'm not convinced the answer to the Band Wagon is correct. I heard a different version about minstrels hundreds of years ago going round a village on a cart during a wedding.

It’s funny how you say the various expressions but don’t really know where they came from.
Toe-Rag, is not an expression l have ever used but l remember my ex husband would use it. (Not about me!)

I always thought a tow-rag was a piece of rag tied half way along a tow-rope being used to pull something along like a horse pulling a canal barge.

Come to the LTP. One of our number uses it all the time. No name, no pack-drill but she lives in Northampton.

Yes, because it is totally applicable to certain toe-rags there.
