Does that amount to 35% of 37% of those old enough to vote actually gave their vote to farage? That amounts to less than 13% of those old enough to vote. Do you know how many of the UK population are over 65 old?

Re: The European Election: Results

So far, very much as predicted.

The Brexit Party coming top generally (except, of course, in Londonistan and Scotland).

As for the others, the Limp Dems seem to be gaining virtually the same number of votes that the Tories have lost, which would suggest that many of the disenchanted Tory voters have chosen to go to the Limp Dems as a protest vote.

It is also unsurprising that the (No) Change UK Party is sometimes being exceeded in votes by UKIP!

The 37% turnout alludes to the population who voted as whole and is not age specific. No doubt figures per age group and demographic will become available when the dust settles

Yet another reason why Scottish Independence would benefit the rest of the UK!

Surprisingly, even the Conservatives have done better than Labour in Scotland.

Not to be outdone, Theresa May's constituency has also been beaten.

Brexit Party 1st.
Lib Dems 2nd
Tories 3rd.
