Noisy desktop computer???

One of the reasons could be purely down to dust getting in around the fans.
Mine is sitting on a desk yet the amount of dust the 2 front fans attract is amazing in just a few months.

See below . Top front fan grid cleared- bottom front fan grid beforehand.

So what about inside, any cooling fans there, possibly on the graphics card, also what about the extract fan? mine is on the back of the computer case so there is a direct air flow from front to back.

Having used a rocket blower for the hard to get at parts such as the cooling fins that may also have dust between them worth checking as well

having just done mine the noise level is now almost zero, so well worth doing
The big question is, does the computer run cooler now? well yes it does having dropped 1 degree centigrade which is quite an improvement in a desktop computer

Now below shows running temp. The cooler the more efficient the computer
