How do you.

Eat your food?

Do you eat it quickly,slowly, can you taste it?

I have just eaten a egg sandwich,I was so hungry,I ate it quickly,..could only remember a little of what it tasted like,.


So...any stories to tell?

I eat my food slowly and savour every bite. :P I only ever eat very small amounts at each meal and make it last.

I must learn to do that,keezoy.

I only have one meal a day,.smoothie for breakfast,then the rest of the day I eat fruit.

I think I am going to change my eating habits,..small portion in future,breakfast,lunch then supper...

Ps,yesterday I only ate an egg sandwich some fruit then a smoothie.

What you eat is great Pauline. BUt I reckon you need additions. Grains, pulses, carbs and a bit of meat unless you're a vegie or vegan. I used to be a gym junkie in my younger days. I was living with Greek lady who had the same addiction and only ate fruit, Greek and Italian cheeses and fish. So I did the same but I realised after a while that while it suited her, it wasn't enough for me. I went back to a balanced diet and felt a lot better. What kind of exercise do you do?

Like keezoy, l don’t eat my food fast.
Food is to be savoured and enjoyed, not bolted back like it’s a task!

I also sit at the table for every meal and definitely, No television on! It was the same when my children were at home and the same too, when they come here now..

I think I was a pig in a previous life,, I tend to shovel it down, mrs p , on the other hand eats slowly, I’m often finished well before her, and am mentally hurrying her up, as I can’t wait for dessert.....I have a problem🐖🐖🐖🐖🐖🐖

Pauline, ls that all you ever eat in the day?
It doesn’t sound a balanced diet to me. I would be fainting with hunger if that’s all I had.
I believe your body is like an engine and it needs to stoked and oiled to work properly!

Thanks keezoy....I wouldn't say I am addicted to exercise,although on saying that I do exercise a lot,..jogging,..on the 5min pro quite a bit,twist and shape machine ,squats often,etc,etc.

I believe I am addicted to keeping the weight off,if I go above 136 lbs...I feel sick..

It depends on the meal...
..breakfast organic porridge oats gobbled down at the computer,
..lunch my main meal of the day eaten slowly at a set table complete with napkin,
..my last meal which is something simple like a filled homemade bread roll or a cheese scone with salad I eat slowly while watching the news
