I did notice a few days back,...who's online.....I noticed an influx of private messaging going on!...

I very seldom send pms.

I only very rarely get p.ms here, but I will always answer any I get. I don't think I'm that popular actually.
On FB I am receiving & replying to p.ms all the time, but those are all from people I know or have met in real life.

Most of the PM's I receive are from a Mod threatening to ban me lol! But I won't go there...

I have a regular chat with a couple of members. They are very helpful with advice but also great to talk to as well, especially when I'm working alone and bored at work and need some company.

Others pop in and come and go, usually in response to a certain post I've made. I rarely make the first move though, which I should to be honest. Perhaps it's not so secret and I can say my bit in the forum.

Pm’s are ok but l would prefer to speak to the person on the phone.
Besides, your pm box gets full very quickly and then no one can contact you..........doesn’t it Muddy?!!

I send and receive PMs regularly to a couple of Members I have things in common with...but I must say it's always a nice surprise to receive one now & then from Someone I don't 'know'
