You lie through gritted teeth
Of course you lie, like anyone else, but you don’t feel at ease with deceiving people, even when you are only disguising the truth very slightly. You begin to feel guilty almost straightaway. Telling lies, whether large or small, is not something you’re proud of. You are convinced someone is going to discover your lies and that you won’t be able to dig yourself out, which is far from being ideal. This makes you feel guilty and at the same time the idea of being caught red-handed is terrifying. Is this because of your upbringing? It’s possible, because you seem sometimes to judge other people quite severely and fear the judgment of others. Try to get things into perspective. Be a bit more relaxed and tolerant about what you expect of yourself. You can sometimes tell playful fibs that harm nobody.
I don't tell lies but I'm not bluntly honest if I know the truth would hurt someone. I'm not a holier than thou person sometimes if the truth hurts its better not to say it.
