Covid: India sees world's highest daily cases amid oxygen shortage

India has confirmed more than 180,000 deaths so far. Although deaths have been rising, the fatality rate remains relatively low.
India is in the grip of a vicious second wave and an acute oxygen shortage is raising more fears about its overwhelmed health care system.

It’s not Modi’s fault. They waned in practicing social distancing. Coupled with attending mass religious events despite warnings not to attend these events.What did they expect?
COVID-19 is moving so rapidly that it’s mutated twice.
It’s so sad that people don’t grasp the importance of social distancing and wearing a mask. Innocent people are now dying. It’s really devastating.

In India just as here you're right that some people still just do not grasp the importance of taking simple basic precautions.
