I escalated this issue to the purchasing manager on friday and guess what? RESULT

the Karcher T50 patio cleaner arrived this morning.

Just goes to show if you get to the right people and avoid customer service after several attempts things start happening.

So don't give up.

Every time I hear the name Argos, I always think of two things. My days living in Essex, when I have a nickname for everything and everybody on the planet and used to call it ' The A store '. And Jasper Carrott's skit of it, when he says ' Got a pen '. LOL !!
