Snowflakes - how do we know ?

They say no two snowflakes are alike - I doubt that and how could we possibly 'know' that one .........

The same question was asked by a journalist to the director of the Metrological Office here in Dublin, he said strangely enough that snowflakes were not his departments responsibility and he would have to ask the director of Snowflakes at the City’s Waterworks, it seems the heavy snow can block up the huge pipes, they in turn fobbed him on to the Rivers and Mountains Commission who told him to go and see a Lady Scientist in Trinity College by the name of Blanche White, she told him they were always playing jokes like this on her because of her name, she became quite cross with him and told him to F… off and check them himself the next time it snowed, well that’s what the journalist told me in the pub.
