True, but how do we tweek what you want to become ? Here is a simple example..
I am sure you like watching sports. Most atletes use their minds to change and to become a better athlete. A diver, for example. If you observe, a diver will stand on the high board for a few seconds prior to making his jump. What the diver is doing is visualizing in his mind the twists and turns he looks to preform prior to hitting the water. Once that picture becomes clear, the diver erases the thought from his mind an effects the jump. The idea is that the diver now allows the subconscious to take over and change for the better and effect a much better jump
