Have you been to borough market recently , if you like your food you love borough market , plus there's so much to see around there too ,

You mention patsy your dad work at borough market and you went school near by , must of been a great sight back then seeing the Thames as a working port , with all the ships unloading their cargo along the warehouses , seeing the cranes and all and london sailing barges must of been a very amazing sight . Now you only see pleasure boats and all the warehouses
Are turned into flats etc , but when I take a walk around the Thames I get a sense and feeling this is the heart of london , were it all happen

I agree Markey - I often think and dream of my London - I miss those times ..... Tower Bridge - Waterloo bridge - just to stand and look over, which I did many times - oh yes - a special place in me heart .......
