What a difference in 2 days, its like winter here with dark clouds and chilly breeze .
I've just put a pan of stewing beef on to cook . Beef and mushroom stew for me today to warm me up lol

Good morning from a cloudy but warm Berkshire.
Middle grandson has his driving test today,hope I haven't jinxed things by buying a well done card before I know the outcome!

Phew! Didn't think I was going to get in here at all! Cleared all my cookies and cleaned up the pooter and couldn't remember my password for this site. The reset facility was sending me round and round in circles but I've just had an email from the Mods and success! I've written the wretched thing down now.

Sorry about your grandson's test Rhosyn, I'd hate to sit it nowadays with all that theory, but I did pass first time! Have just renewed my licence online - that was quite a hoo-ha, but I think I've managed it...........

Rhoyson, sorry to hear that your grandson didn't pass his test. Like Jac it took me a few years before I finally passed my test, I gave up diving when I retired and now use the bus and the train.

I was trying to get up the Hwyl to go for lunch as usual when I had a phone call telling me that one of my friends I was meeting is in hospital with a stroke and the other had to be brought home from hairdressers by husband ? a TIA so not good news
Slow start to the sun and it didn't stay long , warm but overcast at the moment

ac hope your friend is ok and makes a quick recovery. Not much sunshine here today and my visitors have gone home.
