, we go out to eat once a week, but only where there is a deal to be had, that way if it's crap, it ain't cost that much.It also helps if you like Scampi or Burgers.

Such a shame STI'm with summer, it's very hard to find a good resturaunt
If we eat out now we go at lunchtime and take advantage of two courses and a glass of red for £10. It doesn't hurt so badly if the meal is just ok when it's lunch. I hate to spend a lot of money to get a mediocre meal. Last time we did was last year, took friends for a meal out, they chose resturaunt as it was their hometown, and tbh I could cook better and we did complain about our starters and got them deducted ( couldn't eat them )
