UJ, What are you trying to prove? because the Northern Ireland Secretary, Karen Bradley,has admitted that when she first took over the post, she didn't realise that Nationalist fought Unionists for their votes within each part of the community, rather than across the community as we do here on the mainland. So what's the problem? Unlike others in other parties here, she hasn't exactly been caught out acting like an idiot with regard to their jobs, SHE HAS ADMITTED SHE DID NOT KNOW!Although I do not have time for her, (she is a Remainer after all) I say kudo's to her for having the gumption to admit it. We could do with a bit more honesty from our politicians.

Mind you UJ, she may not be at fault for her admission, but the woman is definitely a Cretin! She has actually said that an amnesty for Northern Ireland Veterans is a "bad idea". She said a troop pardon would mean an equivalent amnesty for the IRA's notorious Enniskillen bombers.Oh, that's okay then Brady! we will continue to hound to death, our brave soldiers, now in their twilight years, who served (and died) for this country! Just as long as the vile bombers don't get an equal amnesty.

Many people are ignorant, Tory MPs especially so - Michael Give actually recommends it! But, given the sensitive nature of NI politics, what on Earth was May thinking putting such an unaware, clearly disinterested person in charge of it? Yet another example of May's ineptitude.
