I had to change the fitting on my hose as the old one wouldn't stay on the tap, I got rather wet when it came off, luckily I had a spare, if a bit old, will have to buy a new one.

Been there, done that.


Cutting an inch off the hose will give abetter fit when you put the new one on but I'm sure you know that.

I did cut some off it, before I put the new old one on. New old one isn't very good, water leaks around it, but it stayed on long enough for me to top up the pond & wash out & fill the waters for the birds.

These posts are not really boring are they.

I thought I had a tin of beans and sausages for a quick breakfast on toast, but I've ran out. I had to settle for a chicken sub with barbeque sauce instead.
