Constantly barking dogs are a terrible nuisance to the neighbours, and should be removed from their owners before someone takes it into their own hands and takes it out.

Surely this thread should be put on the one about animals.

Of COURSE they have! For YEARS! Just as many of the poor things have been de-barked. Similarly cats are often de-clawed!

Just when one thinks they've encountered the absolute pits of human cruelty along comes the next step down. Take shark fishing using live kittens as bait for shark, marlin, and more

Maybe that's why the poor dog was barking!

IMO it's better here because it's about cruelty to animals.

Wherever the thread is, the same people will post the same comments.

For what it's worth, no dog should have it's life ended just because it barks. That shows extreme lack of care, knowledge, and judgement.

The more intelligent people would realise it is usually because the dog is distressed at the circumstances he finds himself in through no fault of his own!
So why should he lose his life, when it is the owners at fault?

That to me, is like murdering some poor bugger because someone else has committed a crime!

Exactly as you said. 100% agree.

A dog barking all day long needs problem solving (that would NEVER include debarking) because of the dog - not the people. Some dogs are just more prone to barking. Such is the way of some dogs.

Anyone who would have a dog put down because it barks is infinitely more risky and problematic to the community than the dog. They are, in fact, low-level sociopaths - the ones who complain about everything - kids laughing and playing, the sound of lawnmowers, teens playing sports, cyclists and pedestrians. Neighborhoods are meant for everyone - especially sociopaths.

Hi

Letting the littles take the dogs for a walk is great fun.

They love holding the lead and learn a sense of responsibility.

When the littlles do well, they get a treat, when the dogs behave they get a treat from the littlies.
