Re: Still soggy sunday

Hi Grimloaf - you've got the same weather as us I think - bright sun but with continual threat of something really not so nice just around the corner! At least the gales have subsided for now

As I sit, the sun's blazing down, . . the birds are singing too, . . methinks the weather's gone crazy.

Re: Still soggy sunday

Hi, Offers, and welcome, Grimloaf! Brilliant sun here after five days of rain and warming up nicely, 15 (60 F) now. What a relief after all that damp and gloom. Most of the leaves are down now. too wet to rake yet, or for my nice neighbor to appear with his leaf blower. No news, just the usual market run .... shrimp for dinner and other stuff.
What a horrid storm that was! Nice to hear that some are getting sun, and leaves raked.
Re: "too early for a drink" ...the sun is over the yardarm somewhere in the world....

Re: Still soggy sunday

Good evening all

Apart from a few heavy showers it has been not too bad here. I was at work all day today, no great dramas to report, everyone must have been behaving, apart from the little cairn terrier who went awol but turned up eventually, much to our relief.

Did someone say G&T, sounds good to me!
