Morning. Not the greatest day weather wise but never mind.
I don't think there's any news from the south. My calf is very sore but .... what ya gonna do? It'll improve, given enough time.

Not normally around to participate in the good morning threads, but am today so morning all!

Went to London yesterday met up with some friends and had a lovely walk around West End. Made me realise how much I miss it and... how much I don't (or rather the bits and I miss and the bits I don't).

Hope you all had a nice weekend and you're all well and fighting fit!

Morning all I too am not usually on here in the daytime but haveing the boiler fitted today hurray so am keeping out of the way up here... the sun is shining and it looks lovely outdoors but got absoloutly soaked at 7am on our early morrning walk...

Azz, glad you had a chance to get away and enjoy yourself. I'm thinking you might need a pillow by 3pm.
