Twice I have lost 3 stones and put it back on: not all of it but quite a lot. People kept asking if I was okay because my face went really thin - I didn't look good with a thin face. Having had a health problem in the past I felt everyone was looking at me thinking I was ill. I'm not obese, just overweight , but I have painful knees.
