We probably should say tomayto because we say potayto.
So logically either that or tomarto and potarto?
The worst is the increasing use of Haitch, even heard used by newsreaders and adverts.
Do they say Haitch in USA?

'Haitch' just shows a lack of education, but that's OK as those who say it don't know that it's wrong!

Incidentally, I don't think you'll hear any Yorkshire people saying it, and surely that itself says something!
