Re: Brexit and Fisheries.

Boris is making a big show of preparing for no deal, so
maybe he will ptioritise the commissioning or purchasing
a few small, fast, seaworthy naval vessels for patrolling our
fishing grounds? As l believe we will need them once we
start the process of re-establishing our fisheries!
I also think the fishing industry itself should be making
arrangements to get any boats that survived the cull into a
seaworthy condition again so as to avoid any shortfall of
fish supplies whilst the changeover is going on, and they
should also be making a new rules to comply with any
enviromental issues that are found to be neccasary for a
sustainable healthy industry!

Yep but sadly just more of the pantomime to dupe the ignorant masses.

We will not have left the EU on 31st Oct.

They are not going to let us leave.

Politics is a circus side show for the moronic masses to lap up like TOWIE and Big Brother. They want us to argue with each other about Tory vs Labour, Boris vs Corbyn, etc etc.

Meanwhile in the background, the same nefarious groups of people continue running the show, moving us inexorably towards the Orwellian distopia and finding ways to kill many of us off to reduce the population numbers.

We need to see it for what it all is. One big sham.

I have smilar views to you Realist and doubts!
But for the short term l am willing for Boris to carry on with
his show as it is revealing several pointers to the future which
are quite optimistic for the leave camp!
When it comes to october my total support will go to the
Brexit party to finish the job off

Re: Brexit and Fisheries.

Reports in the media this weekend are saying that the French
fishing industry is getting worried about a no deal brexit!
apparently they are even making threats about what they will
do if they are not allowed to continue to pillage our waters
any longer, such as ban all uk fish exports to france, and
blockading trucks arriving in france from uk etc, etc, etc!
Allowing for media hype it still sounds a bit hysterical?
Our fishing grounds are our resource to be used as we wish!
We should'nt worry about exporting to France, the whole
world is looking for protein at the right price we will have no
problem selling what remains of the catch after we have
satisfied our own needs!
After all, would they allow us to enter France and reap their
wheat, and pick their fruit?? I think not!
And another thing is why have they left it so long before
raising issues, they have had almost three years to discuss
with us how to tackle the changes??

Well said! As I and many others have said, after all the EU's bluster, not only France but the rest of the EU are worried now about our leaving. Let them eat cake!

I'm afraid our worse enemies are the fifth columnists in our own country, especially in the House of Commons, and I find that disgusting. Which of our own people throughout history have sided with our enemies?

Quite right, JBR.

Adding another year to your great age has , seemingly, not done you any harm!

Happy Birthday!

Getting rid of that lot should be a first priority after leaving
JBR!, They would be imprisoned or shot in wartime!
