Air Miles

We uncovered hordes of them when we were unpacking after our move.

Are they still valid?

Re: Air Miles

Personally I have no knowledge about air miles but a quick Google search showed that they do expire. I believe from those searches that Air Miles was taken over and now called Avios or maybe the reverse of this.

The links below may be of use, or do some searches for additional information about air miles, there's plenty to check out:

Depends. Check with the airlines. I ran up many thousand with BA, KLM, and a couple more but (gulp) donated them to charity. Sorry about that, very untypical of me!

Re: Air Miles

You could always send them over to the grand old Duke, I believe he collects them.

Ah, I understand. Mine were accumulated by flying the miles and recorded by the airline. The scary thing is that I can still remember my frequent flyer card number for the British Midland Diamond Club!

British Midland were the best UK domestic airline by FAR!

Board a 737 at Heathrow first thing in the morning, free newspaper, moments after passing over Staines Cabin crew come round with hot breakfast, few mins later tea or coffee top up, then collect trays and empties, then prepare the cabin for landing in Belfast. Bloody impressive!

Couldn't agree more about AA. I used to fly East then West when going there.

Schiphol is simple to get to then the world is your salt-water bivalve mollusc!

Better duty shop than Thiefrow or Attica-wick, and as for Loot-on? Nah.
