Re: Labour's plans to raid inheritance tax threshold

Brilliant post Judd .
And how true - someone has to work .
I was brought up poor and I don't want to be poor again in my old age because Comrade Corbyn wants to give it to someone else .

If only the Corbynistas understood that Judd. They don't realise that after a while with pure socialism you end up with nothing. You can't make something from nothing.

Corbyn policies assume the wealthy will want to hand over their money willingly. They won't. Just like last time, they will leave and it will be the much less well off and the poor picking up the tab.

Corbyn is a moron.

McDonnell is even worse.

I disagree.

They and their backers are very very clever.

They are focussing on winning hearts and minds that are there for the taking by offering what are perceived to be good, fair, and just policies by their intended audience.

They are going to succeed. I suspect that soon, or at least soon after BREXIT but prior to the campaign leading to the next general election, one item in their (loose leaf) manifesto will be the option to rejoining the EU if not promised at least alluded to.

That in itself will be highly popular with the majority of the young sector of the electorate.

I'm afraid you're right. The young are so easily persuaded and, due to their lack of experience (many of them have never lived under a Labour government), are prime targets for the Loonies.

Still, they say we learn from experience, and I'm sure the snowflakes who vote for the Loonies will live to regret it in time.

Re: Labour's plans to raid inheritance tax threshold

Having lived a thirifty life I resent having my hard earned savings taken away from me .
They are - if there is anything left after sunnyside home for the seriously confused have taken their dues -for my children .

Not for anyone else not for the poor and needy of the world -I have given all my life to these .

But to my own .

I've heard of that.

Where exactly is the Sunnyside Home for the Seriously Confused?
If it's not too far away, I might get my name down now.
