It might be good to investigate gel pillows.

Being a member of the ‘Pillow Squad’ on here, we are always on the lookout for more efficient means of exterminating ‘Man Flu’ victims!!

I have 3 pillows 2 are soft and 1 is firm , I go to sleep on the firm one , on my tummy. My face gets buried in a soft one if im on my front ..
I will take my Pillow with me this weekend ,I prefer my own to sleep on .

My son takes his own pillow. So you are a front sleeper, I am interested to see how many are front sleepers - No reason, just nosey

Like mine soft, only one, and I sleep on my side. I have a gel pillow (that slips inside the pillow case), and found it too cold!!! A waste of ten quid. At least my hot flushes seem to have calmed down (after 14 years, at last!)

Yes Art, I know very little about gel pillows.

My hot flushes have just started!!!!!
14 years!!!! OMG I live in dread.
£10 for a useless pillow - Not good.

Ive not had a couple of nice soft pillows to sleep on for years just a single one these days.

I sleep either side or back, can’t sleep on my tummy.

As for pillows I have two. Our family treated us to a stay at a posh hotel for our Golden Wedding and the pillows were fabulous. No I didn’t pinch them, but I did investigate and we now have same ones on our bed.
